Refund and Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days since your order date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and unworn and in original condition that you received it. It must also be with tags and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And order number so we can verify the order.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
What items are non-refundable?
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Gift boxes
- Items in SALE
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Items marked for BOGO sales are FINAL SALE
Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to grispetalo@grispetalo.com no exceptions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 10 business days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s).
- Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions
We do not accept exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and send back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort.
Return instructions for shoppers
- Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your receipt or proof of purchase in a box. You can use the box or envelope items arrived in or another box if you prefer.
- Please do not combine returns from multiple orders.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost for the original shipping (if not selected our free shipping) won't be refunded
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
